How long do I have to return an item?

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the final item of your order is delivered.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

In accordance with withdrawal regulations, the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

How does the refund process work?

Once we have received notice of your withdrawal, all payments received (including standard delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment has been provided.

In what condition must the item be returned?

The goods should be handled with care and, ideally, returned in their original packaging including all packaging components. Compensation for any loss in value is only required if such loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Which payment methods are available?

We offer secure payments via PayPal as well as Shopify Payments (including credit card payments through Stripe). All transactions are encrypted.

Why is VAT not shown on the invoice?

As a small business owner under German tax law (§ 19 UStG), I am exempt from charging VAT. Therefore, VAT is not separately stated on invoices.

How do I redeem promotional discount codes?

Promotional discount codes can only be redeemed during the checkout process in the online store. They cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.

What does “Curated Vintage” mean?

Every garment in our collection is handpicked. “Curated” means that each piece is carefully selected based on criteria such as quality, rarity, and cultural relevance. You won’t find mass-produced clothing here, but a considered selection of authentic vintage garments.

How do you verify the authenticity of vintage band shirts?

Authenticity is our core value. We inspect every vintage garment (for example, vintage band shirts) for specific characteristics such as print quality, construction details (e.g. single-stitch construction), and authentic labels.

Why is vintage clothing more sustainable?

Buying second-hand clothing significantly reduces environmental impact, as no new resources are required for production. Our one-of-a-kind vintage pieces support a circular economy and offer a durable alternative to fast fashion.
